Terms and Conditions
  1. Offer open to UK and ROI residents aged 13 or over, excluding employees of Pentel (Stationery) Ltd and their immediate families, their agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. Consumers will enter online via the link at www.pentel.co.uk or www.pentelrewards.com and will be required to register their name, and valid email address after which they will be able to play the penalty shootout game.
  3. Consumers may enter the promotion as many times as they want to.
  4. The promotional period starts 01-05-2010 and ends on 31-12-2010 at 11:59pm.
  5. The top 20 scores will be maintained in a league table each month.
  6. Each month the top entry will be awarded a Clapper Board alarm clock (while stocks last) and ten runners up will receive a Pentel goodie bag (prizes issued are subject to clause 10)
  7. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided.
  8. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
  9. Prizes will only be awarded to genuine entrants.
  10. Only one prize per valid e-mail address will be issued.
  11. Automated entries will be disqualified.
  12. For all entries, the winners will be the named person submitted on the online entry form. The prize is non-transferable.
  13. Please note: Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and for no other reason, unless you have given us permission otherwise.
  14. A list of the winners' names and counties will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope to Pentel Shootout Winners, PO Box 999, Tring, HP23 4ZP.
  15. All entries will be conducted by an automated service. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.pentelrewards.com or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the Site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the Site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. We do not warrant that the Site and its contents are free from viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. Internet software or transmission problems may produce inaccurate or incomplete copies of information and materials that may be downloaded and displayed onto your computer. We will not be liable for any errors, changes, or omissions that occur during transmission of information and materials. It is your responsibility to protect your computer(s) against any viruses and ensure that information and data submitted to us are free of harmful components. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.
  17. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
  18. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or in the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion refuse to process a claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. The www.pentelrewards.com website may contain links to sites owned or operated by parties other than the Promoter. Such links are provided for your convenience only. The Promoter does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or the security of such sites.
  20. Instructions on promotional packs and on the website form part of the Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
